Responsibilities
• The candidate will be required to handle Admin related all admin-related activities.
• Booking of tickets, hotel, Accommodation, vehicle/cab..etc
• Vendor Management and Payment Processing.
• Branch Visit to ensure smooth function of the respective branch if & when required.
• Closing of any complaints related to branches, govt offices or any other entity within TAT.
• Releasing of Purchase Order / Work Order to vendors as per process and approval.
• Assuring availability of necessary services through vendors for AC, Telephone, EPBAX, Drinking Water, Tea-Coffee, Courier, Stationery, Housekeeping, Security, AMC and employee Travel Expenses etc.
• Keeping records and MIS for Admin-related expenses and populating the same and operating the same with regular intervals.
• Keeping records of vendor agreements and renewals etc.
• Management of Glow Sign Board (New, Repair & Maintenance) for branch All India.
• Checking and processing vendor Bills & taking entry in Payment software & following up till release of Payment.
• New and Renewal of Shops & Est. certificates.
• Coordination with owners for new and renewal of agreements.
• Maintaining Fixed Assets and register, Asset Tagging & Asset Verification.
• Movement of assets and records from office to company Go-down / branches.
• Follow-up with vendor & owner for their GST-related issues.
